Definition

This class will
help you build endurance and stamina while rapidly accelerating your metabolism so that you burn fat. Class involves high
rep, half rep and low rest sets. Beginner and advanced levels.
High
Definition
Advanced level of our definition and strength class. For regulars that want to advance and push harder to the next
level.
Qigong
The
art of Qigong consists primarily of meditation, relaxation, physical movement, mind-body integration, and breathing exercise.
